Job Description

A busy shipping company is looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the day-to-day administrative tasks within their HR team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Prepare letters and contracts for HR purposes
  • Support monthly payroll activities
  • Provide administrative support for staff training
  • Prepare monthly HR reports
  • Provide cover for reception
  • Manage correspondence with new hires in the business

Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an all-round administrative role, possess excellent communication skills and be a confident user of Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time role, but 4 days a week can be considered.

All applicants must already live within a reasonable commute of London and possess existing and unrestricted UK working entitlement.
