A reputable and expanding shipping organisation is looking for an Assistant Manager of Commercial / Asset Management to join their Singapore team.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between Charterers, Ship Managers, P&I Clubs and internal stakeholders to deliver the safe, efficient and reliable transportation of LNG. This will include managing project budgets, OPEX, analysis of operations, ensuring contracts are executed in a timely manner and the relevant insurance policies are in place.
To be qualified for this role you should have experience in a similar role, supported by a degree in a maritime related subject and a good working knowledge of tanker commercial operations. An understanding of shipping contracts (T/C and shipbuilding) and insurances is also required, as well as an understanding of financial statements.
You must be a detail oriented person with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a commercial environment.
Candidates must be Singaporean or a Singapore PR to be eligible.
