This global shipping organisation is looking for a Sales Specialist (Regional) to join their team in Singapore. In this role, your primary responsibilities include:
To drive performance across all Areas within the Region by exceeding Quality promises and KPI Deliverables. That includes monitoring portfolio data quality maintenance, drive and support the key sales targets implementation and set-up of related processes (account plans, visits, portfolio coverage, opportunities, etc)., drive the highest levels of quality towards our customers, monitor and drive Sales Force usage, rollout relevant sales trainings, monitor and drive continuous performance improvement across all sales channels and lead performance calls with areas and relevant stakeholders with the goal of improving regional performance.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry preferably in the Container sector.
- Advanced negotiation, decision-making and presentation skills, self-confident and friendly when dealing with others
- Advanced user of Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, self-motivated, resourceful and responsive
- Demonstrated ability to be multi-task, set priorities, organize work and implement action items
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
- Attention to detail, analytical, systematic and efficient way of working
