We are delivering the search for a Technical Director for this East Coast US based ship owner.
Joining the Leadership Team, and taking ownership of the technical function, you will have a combination of leadership, advisory, people and project management experience but importantly be comfortable "rolling your sleeves up" and providing real time technical support in the moments that matter.
You will have sailed as Chief Engineer on board tankers and have a proven track record in leading, mentoring and guiding a technical team, as well as collaborating with Marine, Crewing, Procurement and Finance.
